Timing. Many products are delivered instantly. Some products are fulfilled manually by our team and may take from a few minutes up to a few hours during busy periods. Your order page always shows the current status (paid → delivered).

Your responsibility. Please ensure the game account, player ID, region and email you provide are correct. Goods correctly delivered to the details you supplied are treated as delivered.
