Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aurea, operated by CITYLINK DIGITAL TRADING LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. By creating an account, using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Acceptable Use, Delivery and Refund policies. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Who we are. Aurea is an online store that sells and delivers digital game goods directly to customers. Aurea is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher; all game names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility & accounts. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and must notify us at support@klootn.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Orders & acceptance. An order is your offer to buy; a contract forms only when we confirm payment and begin or complete delivery. We may decline, hold or cancel any order — including where goods are unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order before delivery, you receive a full refund. Each order number begins with "N".

Pricing & fees. Prices are shown in your selected currency. The price and any payment-processing fee are recomputed and confirmed by us on our servers at checkout, and that server-side amount is authoritative. You are responsible for any taxes or charges your jurisdiction or payment provider imposes that we do not collect. We may correct obvious pricing errors and let you cancel for a full refund.

Payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By paying, you authorise the charge for the order total shown at checkout and confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card details.

Delivery. All goods are digital and delivered to the details you provide; many are instant, while some are fulfilled manually and may take longer during busy periods. You are responsible for providing correct delivery details, and we cannot recover or refund goods correctly delivered to an incorrect destination you supplied. See our Delivery Policy.

Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: undelivered orders are fully refundable; delivered codes that have been revealed or redeemed are not refundable unless proven invalid or not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Acceptable use. You agree to use the store and the goods lawfully and in line with each game's terms of service. You must not use the store for fraud, money laundering or payment-card abuse; use another person's or a stolen payment method; resell goods without authorisation; use bots or automated means to access or order from the store; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may cancel orders, suspend accounts and refuse service for any breach, and goods obtained in breach may be invalidated without refund.

Chargebacks. If there is a problem with an order, contact support@klootn.com first so we can resolve it. Raising a chargeback on a validly delivered order, instead of contacting us, may be treated as a breach and may result in suspension of your account.

Intellectual property. All content on the store is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or exploited without our written consent.

Disclaimers. The store and the goods are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that goods will be compatible with your specific account, region or device. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or your non-excludable consumer rights.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or game accounts, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify CITYLINK DIGITAL TRADING LIMITED against claims and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the store, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Suspension & termination. You may stop using the store and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the law. Provisions that should survive termination continue to apply.

Governing law & jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

Changes & general. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept it. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect, and if these Terms are translated, the English version prevails. Contact: support@klootn.com.
